Kimberly Hallman
Account Supervisor
A journalist turned PR-pro, Kim specializes in media relations, writing and copywriting at Devine + Partners. She works on a diverse range of accounts – from real estate to retail, restaurants and education – and has done extensive work in the firm’s Travel + Tourism division.
Kim holds a B.A. in English from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa., and an M.A. in Newspaper, Magazine and On-line Journalism from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she was awarded a Communications scholarship in 2005. She turned out bylines in The Daily Item in central Pennsylvania and The Post-Standard in upstate New York, and worked as an editorial assistant for the National Campaign for the Arts in London, before landing in the Philly PR scene at the start of 2006.
To keep up ties with her alma mater, she serves on the board of the Bucknell Club of Philadelphia, where she is responsible for planning young alumni events and community service initiatives. She’s also a member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and is a dedicated ‘friend’ of Children’s Crisis Treatment Center – a nonprofit organization that provides behavioral health services to Philadelphia’s children and their families – where she sits on planning committees for the annual Cruise for the Kids and Team CCTC: Run for the Kids fundraisers.
